At Dream Books, we strive to make the delivery process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that you receive your books in a timely and efficient manner, no matter where you are in Mauritius.

Postage Options

We offer free postage all around the island of Mauritius. You can expect your books to be delivered within 2-4 business days after your order has been confirmed. Please note that delivery excludes Sundays and public holidays. If you need your books sooner, we also offer expedited delivery for an additional fee.

Delivery Process

​

Once you place an order, we will confirm it and then ship your books to you as soon as possible. We work with Mauritius Post, our trusted local courier, to ensure that your books are delivered safely and on time. If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, Mauritius Post will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
